Access your unconscious through four main access points:
(1) Regulating the three primary spinal reflexes
Spinal reflexes involve a local reflex arc that includes a stretch or touch receptor, an afferent peripheral nerve that relays information to the spinal cord gray matter, spinal cord interneurons that can stimulate or inhibit other neurons, an efferent motor neuron that exits the spinal cord, and a muscle.

Inverse stretch reflex
Withdrawal reflex
The integration center is located in the gray matter of the spinal cord
(2) Gaining control of the 12 bridges between conscious and unconscious
The most important places to keep relaxed are the ‘twelve bridges’ between the conscious and the unconscious mind, that have dual control (i.e. both conscious and unconscious control like breathing diaphragmatically and blinking). These 12 ‘bridges’ include the pelvic floor, the diaphragm, the jaw the lips and the eyes.

(3) Using techniques that regulate and control blood flow

(4) Balancing the inputs to the left and right brain hemispheres makes it possible to rewrite unwanted subconscious programming.
